Full Circle Benefits

Health Solutions for Employers

Are you a small business owner struggling to attract and retain top talent because you can't offer health insurance? We understand the challenge.

What We Offer to Businesses

We believe small businesses are the backbone of our economy. Unfortunately, many face limited, expensive, or inflexible options when it comes to employee health benefits. This often results in the loss of valuable talent or difficulty attracting the right people.

Our model offers an affordable, relationship-based alternative that benefits both your team and your bottom line. By partnering with INcircle Health, you can provide your employees with high-quality, accessible healthcare—without the prohibitive costs of traditional insurance.

We also help patients find affordable medications through discount programs and pharmacy pricing tools. In fact, many patients save more on prescriptions than the cost of membership itself. This fosters a healthier, more productive workforce and shows your employees that you care about their well-being.

How Can Your Employees Get INcircle?

Employers can offer INcircle Health membership at a reduced price using one of the following models:

  • Fully Covered – The employer covers 100% of the membership cost, offering it as a full benefit to employees.

  • Cost-Shared – The employer covers a percentage of the membership, and the employee pays the rest.
Example: If the membership is $100 and the employer covers 25%, the employer pays $25/month per employee.

  • Voluntary – The employer offers access to a group discount, and employees pay 100% of the membership themselves.
Note: At least 5 employees must enroll to qualify for the group rate.

  • HSA/FSA Eligible – If you offer a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), employees can use pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible healthcare expenses, including some services coordinated through INcircle. Beginning in 2026, HSA dollars can be used to pay monthly membership.

We can also work with you to design a custom solution that fits your unique business and team.

How Membership Works With or Without Insurance

INcircle Health works whether or not you offer health insurance.

  • We do not bill insurance or government programs. Patients pay a flat monthly fee for direct access to their doctor.

  • Out-of-Network: We are out-of-network with all insurers. Patients may still use their insurance for labs, imaging, prescriptions, and specialist care.

  • HSA/FSA: Can be used for ordered testing, medications, and referrals. In 2026, HSA dollars can be used towards monthly memberships.

  • Medicare/Medicaid: Patients with Medicare or Medicaid are welcome. These programs can be used outside of INcircle Health (E.g., to pay for meds or labs). We do not submit claims. Patients must agree not to submit claims on their own behalf.

What’s Not Included in Membership

Membership does not include:

  • ER visits

  • Hospital stays

  • Specialist or surgical care

  • Imaging services

However, we help patients navigate these services affordably when needed.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Can employees be added at any time?
Yes! Employees can join the group membership at any time. Their discount tier will reflect the total number of enrolled employees. We just need written notice of the new member.

Can employees be removed from the membership?
Yes, with 60 days’ written notice. Changes will be reflected in the following billing cycle. During the term of your agreement, you may still be responsible for your share of the membership costs for departing employees.

What happens if our group drops below the minimum number of employees for the group discount?
You’ll be required to maintain or pay for at least 5 employee memberships through the duration of your agreement. Afterward, individuals can continue membership at standard rates.

Can I swap employees on the membership plan?
Yes. Staff turnover happens. You may substitute employees with written notice. The new employee can begin using membership benefits on their first day. Former employees may also choose to continue care by switching to an individual membership.
