With our Direct Primary Care membership, employees get unlimited visits, same or next-day access, after-hours support, and transparent pricing. No copays. No surprise bills. We also help patients find low-cost medications, and many end up saving more on prescriptions than their membership costs.

Our model strengthens your workforce, reduces time away from work, and shows your employees you genuinely care about their wellbeing.

Flexible Options for Employers

You can offer membership in three simple ways:

  • Fully Covered: You pay the full monthly membership for each employee.

  • Cost-Shared: You pay a portion, and employees pay the rest.

  • Voluntary: Employees pay for their own discounted group-rate membership (minimum 5 employees).

HSA and FSA dollars can be used for testing, medications, and specialist referrals. In 2026, HSA funds can also be used for monthly membership fees.

Group Pricing for Small Businesses

Standard Pricing

  • $125/month per adult (27+)

  • $100/month per young adult (18–26)

  • $75/month per child (3–17)

  • $50 enrollment fee per adult

Limited-Time Launch Discounts

  • Enrollment fee waived

  • 5–9 employees: 10% off

  • 10–14 employees: 15% off

  • 15+ employees: 20% off
    (6–12 month commitment required)

How INcircle Works With Insurance

We do not bill insurance. Employees pay a flat monthly fee for direct access to their doctor.
Insurance can still be used for:

  • labs

  • imaging

  • prescriptions

  • specialist and hospital care

Medicare and Medicaid patients are welcome. They can still use their benefits outside of INcircle.

What’s Not Included

  • ER visits

  • Hospital stays

  • Specialist or surgical care

  • Imaging

But we help employees navigate these services affordably when needed.
