INcircle Health is a physician-owned Direct Primary Care practice in downtown Indianapolis. We provide accessible, relationship-centered primary care with longer visits, direct communication, and time to understand the whole person.
Our story
Why INcircle Health exists
INcircle Health was founded in 2025 to offer an alternative to rushed, fragmented primary care. The practice was built around a simple idea: people make better health decisions when they have a doctor who knows them, has time to listen, and stays involved over time.
Direct Primary Care makes that possible. By removing the insurance middleman from everyday primary care, the physician can keep a smaller patient panel, spend more time with each person, and be reachable between visits.
Because membership does not depend on insurance, people without coverage can still access primary care, and for those who do have insurance, it works alongside it—members keep their coverage for outside labs, imaging, and specialist visits. The result is care that feels less like a transaction and more like a relationship with a trusted guide who knows your story.

The name reflects the kind of care we want patients to feel: welcomed into a circle where your doctor knows you, with a physician in your corner, connecting the parts of your health, and returning to care with time to listen and think.

INcircle Health welcomes adults, children ages 3 and older, families, LGBTQ+ patients, Spanish-speaking patients, and people seeking thoughtful, nonjudgmental care. We aim to create an environment where patients can talk openly about physical health, mental health, weight, sexuality, medications, stress, and the changes that come with different stages of life.
