Being your doctor means showing up with curiosity, compassion, and respect…
because healing starts with being seen and heard.
— Dr. Juan Carlos Venis
Your friendly INcircle family doctor.
I’m Dr. Juan Carlos Venis, a family doctor and founder of INcircle Health in downtown Indianapolis. I live here and speak both English and Spanish, which helps me connect with many kinds of patients. I’m also half Mexican, which adds a personal dimension to my understanding of diverse cultures and communities.
I started this clinic to offer healthcare that is personal, easy to access, and focused on building strong doctor-patient relationships. I believe patients are key to their own health, and my job is to support and guide them in making lasting, positive changes. I focus on prevention, managing chronic illnesses, and lifestyle medicine.
I’m board-certified in family medicine and obesity medicine, as well as a credentialed HIV medicine specialist. Since 2017, I’ve taught at Indiana University School of Medicine and have served on the Board of the Indiana Academy of Family Physicians.
If you want a doctor who truly understands you and cares about our community, I’d be honored to help you on your health journey.
