Prevention that’s personal and part of your whole health.

HIV prevention works best when it’s part of your regular care, not something you have to manage on the side. At INcircle Health, PrEP is integrated into your direct primary care—so you have one trusted doctor for your prevention plan, your check-ups, and everything in between. No judgment, no insurance headaches, just expert, affirming care that fits your life.

What is PrEP?
PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) is a safe, effective medication taken by people who are HIV-negative to reduce their risk of getting HIV through sex or injection drug use. It’s not just for gay men—PrEP is for anyone at increased risk of HIV who wants to protect their health.

When taken as prescribed, PrEP is highly effective and comes in options to fit your lifestyle:

  • Daily pills – Taken once a day (such as Truvada or Descovy).

  • On-demand dosing – For certain individuals, taken around the time of sexual activity.

  • Long-acting injectable PrEP – An injection every 2 months (Cabotegravir/Apretude) or every 6 months (Lenacapavir/Yeztugo).

Doxy PEP: Another Layer of Protection
Some people also benefit from doxycycline post-exposure prophylaxis (Doxy PEP)—an antibiotic taken within 72 hours after sex to help prevent bacterial STIs like chlamydia and syphilis. We’ll help you decide if it’s right for you and make it part of your prevention plan.

Why get PrEP through direct primary care?
When your PrEP is part of your membership at INcircle Health, you’re not juggling multiple providers or apps—you have one doctor who knows your full health story and can connect the dots between HIV prevention, your general health, and your long-term goals. That means:

  • Regular monitoring to keep PrEP safe and effective.

  • Comprehensive sexual health care, including vaccines, STI testing, and treatment.

  • Access for uninsured patients—we’ll help you find affordable options, including medication assistance programs.

  • Same-day or next-day appointments and direct messaging with your doctor.

Most importantly, you have a trusted space to talk openly about HIV prevention and sexual health—free of stigma, and centered on your needs.

At INcircle Health, prevention isn’t a separate service. It’s part of the whole picture of keeping you healthy.
