Cancellation Policy
- Please give 24+ hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule
- Late cancel/no-show: $50 fee (waived once every 6 months)
- 3+ missed visits may require a scheduling conversation
- Arriving 15 minutes late may be counted as a missed visit
