Cancellation Policy

  • Please give 24+ hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule
  • Late cancel/no-show: $50 fee (waived once every 6 months)
  • 3+ missed visits may require a scheduling conversation
  • Arriving 15 minutes late may be counted as a missed visit

  • $50 flat fee
  • Available within 5 miles of the clinic
