▶️ I’m not out — can I still come here?
Yes. You deserve care, period. Whether you’re out, private, questioning, or not ready to share parts of your life, you’ll always be respected. Everything you share is confidential. You don’t have to explain or justify who you are to get good care here.
▶️ What if I’m not sure how I identify yet?
That’s completely okay. Many people explore their gender, attraction, or expression over time. We’ll meet you where you are — no pressure, no checklist. Your care plan can evolve as your understanding of yourself does.
▶️ What if I’m on the downlow or need privacy?
You can trust that your information stays private. Visits, prescriptions, and communication are handled directly between you and Dr. Venis. There’s no insurance company or third party involved, which means fewer hands in your information and more control for you.
▶️ Do you provide hormone therapy or help with gender transition?
Yes. We offer individualized gender-affirming care, including hormone therapy, labs, and ongoing support. Transition doesn’t look the same for everyone — it’s a personal journey, and your goals guide the plan.
▶️ I’m a lesbian, queer, or bi woman. Will you understand my needs?
Yes. We provide full-spectrum care that respects your relationships and sexual health needs without assumptions. Whether you need preventive care, STI screening, or help with issues often overlooked in women’s health, you’ll be heard and supported here.
▶️ I’m living with HIV or on PrEP. Can you manage that?
Absolutely. Dr. Venis has years of experience in HIV medicine and prevention. We can manage PrEP, PEP, and HIV treatment as part of your overall health care — no referral needed, no stigma attached.
▶️ What if I can’t afford care?
We know cost can be stressful. INcircle Health offers transparent pricing and sometimes provides discounted memberships for patients with demonstrated financial need. You can also start with a free meet-and-greet to talk about options.
▶️ Do I have to be a member to see you?
Membership gives you unlimited access, but some services (like weight management or one-time visits) are available without joining. We’ll help you choose what makes the most sense for your needs and budget.
▶️ I’ve had bad experiences in healthcare before. How is this different?
